By submitting this form, you consent to your personal information being collected and processed in accordance with POPIA for purposes of administering the running group, communicating with you regarding runs, and managing attendance.

Your information will be kept confidential, securely stored, and will not be shared with third parties except where required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary for your safety.

Photos and video taken at runs may appear on the Night Run Crew website and social media. You can ask for a photo to be taken down at any time.

When you share a run or invite a friend, the link carries a code that says it came from you. If they join, we note that you invited them. The code tells them nothing about you.

If you tap a sponsor's logo in the app or redeem a sponsor's voucher, we note that it was you, so we can count them for our sponsors. Sponsors only ever see numbers, never your name.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or a photo takedown, at any time by emailing hello@nightruncrew.co.za.
